Our soft play packages include foam mats, soft climbers, foam blocks, hoppers, and optional ball pits. Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are included in the GTA service area.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?+
Yes — the PartyHaus team handles delivery, full setup, takedown, and pickup for every rental.
What areas do you serve?+
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, and Oakville.
Can I add balloon decor?+
Yes — balloon decor can be booked as an add-on to any rental package or as a standalone service.
Can I rent only the bouncy castle?+
Yes — the Bounce Haus white bouncy castle can be booked on its own or paired with a soft play package.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor setups?+
Yes — setups are available indoors and outdoors. Outdoor setups need a flat, dry surface and shade where applicable.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes — a refundable damage deposit is required to confirm the booking and is returned after pickup if the equipment is returned in good condition.
What happens if I need to reschedule?+
Bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability. See our policies page for current reschedule and cancellation terms.
Do you offer party rentals in Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and nearby GTA cities?+
Yes — PartyHaus serves Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Oakville, and surrounding GTA areas.
How far in advance should I book?+
Weekends fill up quickly, especially in spring and summer. We recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead for peak dates.
Can I customize the setup with add-ons?+
Yes — soft play setups can be customized with ball pits, balloon decor, signage, and other add-ons.
